I enjoyed meeting with the both of you last week. Obviously, I feel that you are the type of people that we at Caroline would enjoy working with -- music not withstanding. The proposal I've put together is not the usual Caroline deal. I've taken into account your desire to upgrade your studio and have upped our initial advance amount. At the same time, I've balanced that against a lower second advance as you'll be recording at home thus cutting the cost of recording expenses. I hope this makes sense to you as it seems a rational way for Caroline to address your studio concerns as well as give you a decent amount of money to record with and put toward other elements of your Idaho life.
